Manduka Begin Yoga Mat 5mm

Gentle home yoga and floor practice where cushioning matters more than grip during a sweaty session.

Exact model / pack: Begin 5mm; UK 172cm; choose colour

Why we chose it

A cushioned, reversible mat with an alignment stripe for a deliberate home movement or stretching routine.

The compromise

Manduka warns that its closed-cell surface can feel slippery when sweaty. Check colour availability and the listed UK length of 172cm.
