Privacy & your choices

Information you choose to provide
The optional email form collects email, the UK shopping market, interests, preferred frequency and timestamped consent. Brand enquiries collect business/contact names, work email, website, the UK target market, category, proposal and consent. Contact messages collect email, optional name, topic, message and consent. Do not send personal health information.
Purpose, storage and retention
We use this information to record requests for future email updates and review enquiries. Records are stored in the hosted database and accessible through an owner-only dashboard. They are not sold to listed brands or automatically published. Personal records expire after 180 days, with removal performed during site activity. You may ask for earlier removal through the contact form.
Email updates
No marketing email delivery is currently active. The first request for an address records permission for future relevant updates at the selected frequency. Submitting again leaves existing preferences and consent unchanged. Use Contact to request changes or removal. The free interactive planner works without signup. We will configure sender verification, email confirmation and unsubscribe handling before campaigns begin. You can withdraw now through a privacy request. We do not claim an email was sent when it was not.
Calculators and saved preferences
Calculator measurements stay in browser memory and are not sent to the server. The technology comparator stores selected products locally to preserve your choices. Clear browser site data to remove those preferences. The weekly planner saves entries only after you enable on-device saving. Its clear-data control removes its own saved plan. Planner entries are not sent to Glowwy; avoid sensitive health details, especially on shared devices.
Aggregate measurement
The server counts requests for public HTML pages by day and page path. These are requests, not unique visitors. Recognised bots, admin/API routes and assets are excluded, but counts can still contain repeats and unrecognised bots. No IP, cookies, full referrer or query string is stored in these aggregate rows.
Optional outbound-click measurement is off on every page visit. The footer checkbox enables it for that page only; turn it off at any time. It sends the page path and a broad destination category, not the clicked URL or your calculator entries. We use no visitor identifiers or analytics cookies. Aggregates expire after 90 days during site activity. Clicks do not establish purchases or commissions.
Hosting, external links and security
Hosting and security providers process routine connection information needed to serve the site. Form abuse checks use hourly salted hashes of network addresses and bounded rate records. Fonts load from Google Fonts; manufacturer image hosts and Unsplash receive routine connection data when product images and lifestyle photographs load. Retailers and review publishers have their own privacy terms. Amazon affiliate links let Amazon apply its attribution rules. No third-party advertising scripts are active.
Your requests
Ask to access, correct or delete your submitted information using the privacy topic on our contact form. Include the email used or receipt where possible, without sending health records. The owner can inspect and delete stored requests through the private dashboard. Contact submissions are recorded there; an automatic email reply is not promised.
